Cancellation period
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Please note that individual screen settings and the display on digital devices may cause deviations in colour reproduction. In addition, slight colour differences may occur due to batch-related variations in the dye lot of the materials used. Such colour deviations do not constitute a defect and do not justify a claim for reduction, replacement delivery or withdrawal from the contract.

This exclusion is made in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Exercising your right of withdrawal

The model withdrawal form provided by the seller can be used for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
Right of cancellation and cancellation period for goods in stock
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of standard products within 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by him/her, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
​
The right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the delivery of products that have been manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. customisable products from the online shop or custom-made products ordered directly) or products that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

In the case of commissioned work and custom-made products, the customer is responsible for providing the correct individual measurements and other specifications. Errors attributable to incomplete and inaccurate customer information do not entitle the customer to make claims against the provider.
If the customer cancels the contract, all payments received by the seller from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a delivery other than the standard delivery offered by the seller), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of withdrawal is received by the seller.
The same means of payment used by the customer for the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will the customer be charged any fees for this refund.

Returning the goods
​
The goods shall be returned at the customer's expense, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The customer is obliged to return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which he/she informed the seller of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the 14-day period. The customer is liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
